TC10K 2011, a set on Flickr.

My second TC10K run and first run for Vlad. I came at 46:13 and Vlad at 50:00 - awesome results for first 10k!

TC10K is second largest 10K run in Canada - ~12000+ runners.

My goal was 45:00... Will try again next year.

My next run is Oak Bay Half Marathon on May 15.

Snow again

Nice weather made, otherwise boring, bike ride a fun today. Not many cars on roads. Bike room was unsurprisingly not full...
